- Once shipped, we will share tracking details so you can monitor your order status.
2. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship across India.
- If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
- A flat shipping fee of ₹50 may apply for orders below ₹999.
- Any promotional offers or free shipping coupons will be applied automatically at checkout.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- Metro cities: 3–4 days
- Non-metro cities & rural areas: 5–7 days
- Please note: Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and link will be sent to your registered email and mobile number.
- You can track your order in real time until it reaches your doorstep.
6. Delays & Exceptions
- In rare cases, delays may occur due to unforeseen events such as courier issues, natural calamities, strikes, or government restrictions.
- If your order is delayed significantly, our team will inform you promptly via email or phone.
7. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery
- Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address and contact details at the time of checkout.
- If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, re-delivery charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
- If you receive a damaged package or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and pictures.
- We will arrange a replacement or initiate a suitable resolution.
