Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Prathusas! We truly appreciate your trust in us and want you to be 100% satisfied with your shopping experience. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
- You can return items within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and unworn with original tags and packaging.
- Returns will only be accepted for items in sellable condition.
- Non-returnable items include:
- Personalized/customized items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Undergarments or innerwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact our support team with your Order ID and the reason for return:
We will provide you with return shipping instructions after verifying your request.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- If you received a damaged item, please send us a photo for verification and we’ll arrange a return pickup or reimburse shipping costs.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).
- Partial refunds may be issued if the returned product is not in its original condition.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the original item and place a new order separately.
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, as long as they have not been shipped.
- To cancel, contact us immediately at support@prathusas.com.
7. Missing or Delayed Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please:
- Check your bank or card statement
- Contact your bank or payment provider
- If issues persist, contact our support team
